Olga Feingold signs with d'Arbonne Literary!

Updated: Oct 3, 2023

I'm proud to announce that professional management coach and trainer Olga Feingold Vergara is writing her first book with the help of d'Arbonne Literary!

Olga is a professional management coach and trainer with a unique style based on her background as a wilderness guide and Outward Bound instructor. Her book, The Little Guidebook to Managing Teams While Staying Sane, is unlike any other management guide on the market—and not just because of the clever wilderness guidebook metaphor. Olga has set aside your grandpa's prim and proper management techniques in favor of a more holistic, inclusive, transparent, and accountable style, teaching managers to build unbreakable foundations for productive and effective teams.

After emigrating to the United States as a young child, Olga quickly discovered a love of the great outdoors and a fierce determination and optimism that would drive her throughout her life to take risks, remain true to core ethical values, and build strong teams and family ties wherever she went.

After working her way up from a field guide to a director at Outward Bound to a manager in the corporate world, she couldn’t find a book that had everything she needed to know about leading people. As she started coaching her own teams using the Outward Bound philosophy while training executives, she realized that much of what she learned as an Outward Bound backpacking instructor had parallels to corporate leadership. As she pivoted into corporate learning, her workshops and trainings have been constantly hailed as unique and effective. Leaders with decades of experience say her trainings are the most impactful of their careers.

Olga's expertise and training includes a Certificate in Management and Leadership from Boston University, a coaching certificate from the Neuroleadership Institute, a Mathematics degree from Northeastern University, and multiple training certificates including observations coaching, the DiSC Personality Tool, and Transforming Diversity Equity and Inclusion. Her experience living and working around the world shaped her perspective that there’s no right way to approach any problem, but there are definitely wrong ways of implementing good ideas. When she’s not writing or working with leaders, she enjoys time with her daughter, husband, and dog in the wilderness.

I'm thrilled to represent Olga and to disrupt the world of corporate management with The Little Guidebook to Managing Teams While Staying Sane!
